2. Fire Risk Assessment

This must be carried out by a competent person in accordance with The regulatory Reform ( Fire Safety) Order 2005.
  • ​Failing to comply can result in a £ 10,000 fine or imprisonment.
  • The fire risk assessment must be reviewed every 12 months.

This service is carried out in accordance with BS 5306. This Service must be carried out every 12 months.

Fire Alarm Service carried out in accordance with BS 5839. ​This service is to be carried out every 6 months certificate of inspection left with Fire Log book.
